This policy explains how information submitted through the public ClubTeam.eu website is handled. Customer organisations using ClubOS receive additional privacy and data-processing information through their service agreement.

Information we receive

When you request a demonstration, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, club or academy, email address, telephone number, approximate number of athletes, country and preferred language. Technical security logs may also record limited information such as the request time and IP address.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, protect the website from abuse, maintain service security and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell contact details submitted through this website.

Retention and security

Enquiry data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain an appropriate business record and comply with legal obligations. Access is limited to authorised personnel and protected through appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

ClubOS customer data

Sports clubs and academies control the information they enter into their private ClubOS workspace. The responsibilities of ClubTeam.eu and each customer organisation, including retention, access and deletion procedures, are defined in the applicable service and data-processing agreements.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal information connected with a website enquiry, subject to applicable legal requirements. You may also withdraw a request before a demonstration is arranged.
